Alderbank Physiotherapy clinic is still open for appointments.

We are monitoring the official advice of Public Health England (PHE) and our governing body regarding the Covid-19 Virus. As always our clients health and well being is our foremost priority. We want to therefore assure you that all our equipment, door handles, beds, chairs and sinks are being sanitised with high concentration alcohol based wipes between each client. Hand washing facilities and disposable tissues  are available and all visitors are being requested to wash their hands thoroughly on arrival in our reception area.

We are insisting that anyone with symptoms that are stated on PHE guidelines:

  • A high fever of more than 37.8 degrees C
  • A persistent cough
  • Shortness of breath

Do not attend the clinic and adhere to the self isolation guidance by the PHE link below.

High Risk Patients: Anyone within this catagory who requires our help should contact the practice for either an “over the phone advice session” or a “video messaging appointment” if technology allows. These appointments are shorter in nature but often very useful to guide you through your symptoms or to help you progress with the management of your condition. Exercises can be e-mailed to you with clear visual and descriptive instructions in both text, pictorial and video images. A small charge will be made for this to cover our time. As you will appreciate in the current climate continuing to trade will be extremely difficult for all face to face/hands on self employed businesses and your support is greatly valued during this difficult period. Hopefully we will all come through these challenging times  from both a health and business perspective.

Thank you

Lee and Victoria Barker
