The Clinic is Open

Please be rest assured that the clinic is OPEN and our number one priority is the safety of our customers, employees and their families. We always follow strict hygiene protocols, but we have increased the frequency and thoroughness in line with the latest  Public Health England (PHE) advice and guidelines.

We trust that you will also play your part by making best use of our handwashing facilities on entering and leaving the clinic premises. We are also taking extra precautions to wipe down the reception desk surface, chairs, door handles and the streamline machine after each patient contact using strong alcohol wipes. This is also the routine in each treatment room between clients. By everyone adhering to the precautions and rules we should all be able to stay healthy and hopefully remain functioning as best as we possibly can under the current circumstances.

It is inevitable, that due to Government advice that people self-isolate and avoid public places, in particular the more vulnerable within our population, we will see fewer people in physiotherapy clinics across the country. Appointments will therefore be staggered to minimise the number of people in reception at any one time so as to adhere to the “distancing advice” being given out by PHE.

As a result, if you are not self-isolating and would like to attend your appointment, please feel assured that it is safe to attend the clinic as normal. For those who are self-isolating and require a physiotherapy consultation, we are able to offer the following options:

  • Video consultation on arrangement ( Via Skype, Messenger or Whats App ) :        £25/ session
  • Follow up telephone/ video consultation:        £15/ Session

Payments for the above can be made via Card payment over the phone or via Bank transfer.

Please remember physiotherapists are skilled clinicians, able to offer treatments and support for a myriad of injuries, conditions and aches and pains, which you do not necessarily need to seek the attention of your GP for, as their appointment availability will be even more restricted than ever under the current  environment of concern about our health and well being.

Therefore why not give us a call first on 01772 653501 to see what we can help you with.

Keep calm, carry on and try to support local businesses as best as you can so that they may survive throughout these worrying economic times, BUT foremost look after yourselves. By us all adhering to strict hygiene regimes we hope to restrict and control the spread of the Coronavirus, and continue providing the valuable, safe and professional service to our clients that we have striven to do so over the last 18 years.

Thank you all very much for your continued support and custom during these unprecedented times.

Lee and Victoria Barker
