Get those neck and back niggles seem to!

22.04.14 - More than 30-million work days were lost due to back, neck and muscle pain in 2013, according to the Office for National Statistics (ONS).

The ONS' Sickness absence in the labour force survey, which is based on approximately 400,000 interviews with adults in the UK, found that musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions accounted for more days lost last year than any other ailment.

So the message is... get fit and keep fit!

If you have any problems then its best to get them seen to by a physio and then get fit and stay fit with regular exercise and occasional massage.
